Better Days 2020 joins Adobe in hosting this special panel at the Silicon Slopes Tech Conference.

Using the history of Utah women - and specifically the Utah leaders of the suffrage movement - as a foundation, this panel will give the mostly female audience a prototype, by evoking the past, for building alliances with men that "raise all boats". It will also offer concrete examples, by sharing contemporary examples that share principles with the past, for how women today can thrive in workplaces where they are a minority.
