Dr. Ruth Watkins, President of the University of Utah, will deliver the seventh annual Aileen H. Clyde 20th Century Women’s Legacy Archive Lecture entitled “U Rising”.

Dr. Ruth V. Watkins, the 16th president of the University of Utah, is guiding the state’s flagship institution to unprecedented heights. A little over one year into Watkins’ presidency, the university was selected as a new member of the Association of American Universities—an invitation-only, prestigious group of 65 leading research institutions marked by excellence in academic expertise and research impact, student success, and securing resources in support of core missions.
