Better Days and the What’s Her Name Podcast are launching A History of the World in 80 Lost Women in the US with a festival of celebration! Join us for an unforgettable night of storytelling, poetry, and song. After three million downloads across 160 countries, “the essential global women's history podcast” (Stylist) goes live as Katie, Olivia and numerous guests journey through the millennia, writing remarkable women back into human history. 

Katie and Olivia will share the stage with former podcast guests - authors, poets, musicians and magicians. Through a lively series of three-minute stories, songs, or poems, we’ll tell the story of humanity through the lives of fascinating women. Then the festival begins - visit tables for all the featured guests to buy signed books, art prints, and swag. Bringing together a community of people who have all been part of the movement to put women back into history, this is sure to be an unforgettable evening of life-affirming wholesomeness!

Martha Hughes Cannon sendoff celebration

It's finally time! Dr. Martha Hughes Cannon’s statue has been waiting to represent Utah in the U.S. Capitol since 2020, and the date has finally been set for her installation in the National Statuary Hall Collection. Join us to send her off in style at the State Capitol with a festival full of music, food trucks, and activities for the whole family!

A short program at 7:30 pm will officially send Martha off on her journey to DC.
